If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review the policy below.

Physical Products

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • unused

  • in original packaging

  • in resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Workshop & Event Bookings

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, we may offer:

  • transfer to another event

  • credit towards a future booking

This is offered at our discretion and subject to availability.

Bespoke & Seasonal Products

Custom, personalised or limited seasonal items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
