A nourishing winter’s day of stillness, creativity, and festive spirit.

Amid the rush of the season, gift yourself a pause. Our Christmas Calm & Creative Day is an invitation to slow down, restore your energy, and reconnect with the joy of mindful making and seasonal togetherness. Through movement, sound, creativity, and relaxation, we’ll share a day that honours the quieter rhythms of winter.

The Retreat Day

Morning Stillness
We begin with grounding meditation to arrive fully into the moment. This will be followed by a festive tea ceremony to awaken our senses, with a warminghomemade blend of seasonal scents and flavours. A moment to breathe deeply, centre yourself, and invite calm.

Creative Qigong Flow
We move into a flowing Qigong practice; graceful, energising and empowering. These mindful movements help us shake tension, connect with our inner creativity.

Nourishing Lunch
We’ll gather for a delicious, nourishing winter lunch. A time to restore, replenish and connect with kindred spirits in a relaxed, warm and welcoming space.

Afternoon Creativity
The afternoon invites joyful creativity, as each guest receives three ceramic baubles to design and paint, with creative support and guidance from Enya. We begin with sketching, creating patterns, designs and words with pencil and paper, then bring them to life in paint to create three pieces of festive artwork. Finished with beautiful ribbons, these handmade ornaments become keepsakes for your own tree or heartfelt gifts for loved ones.

Song & Sound Bath
The day closes with a beautiful sound and song bath led by Dayna—an immersive journey of sound, vibration, and gentle song. This deeply restorative practice creates space for relaxation and reflection, leaving you nourished, uplifted, and glowing with festive calm.

A heart-led winter gathering of mindfulness, creativity, and connection—helping you restore your energy and carry a spark of seasonal magic into the busy days ahead.
