Join us at the beautiful Neptune Knutsford for a relaxed and informative Fermented Food Workshop, where you’ll learn the basics of fermentation and discover how fermented foods can support gut health, immunity, mood and overall wellbeing.

During this 2.5-hour workshop, we’ll explore topics including the gut–brain–skin connection, probiotics vs prebiotics, and how fermentation can support digestion, hormones and mental clarity.

The session is a mix of hands-on learning, demonstrations, discussion and tasting, making it accessible whether you’re completely new to fermentation or looking to deepen your knowledge.

You’ll also enjoy a tasting board of homemade ferments, including sauerkraut, kimchi, pickled carrots and fresh kombucha.

What you'll take home

  • A jar of sauerkraut you make during the workshop

  • A mini jar of kimchi from the demo batch
